We're heading to Leong's Legends on Wardour Street to celebrate Chinese New Year. Brilliant dim sum, a long communal table, and Chinatown at its most festive — dragon dancers in the streets, lanterns everywhere, the works. Order plenty, share everything. New Year gatherings always have a special energy, and this one in particular tends to feel like a proper celebration.
